This only makes sense if you run $20k+ a month through your business accounts. Below that the math doesn't work.

Two guarantees

We find at least $2,000 a year, or you don't pay.

Your floor rises with your spend.

Monthly spendWe find at least
$20k to $50k$2,000
$50k to $150k$5,000
$150k+$10,000

Annualized, recoverable, and provable from your own statements. If we come in under your floor, we refund you before delivery and send you the findings anyway.

Delivered in 5 business days, or you don't pay.

The clock starts the moment your statements land, not when you pay. Most people upload the same day.

Fifteen minutes of your time covers the whole engagement: a few intake questions, then the statement upload.

Both guarantees are settled before you are charged, so a report that misses either one never reaches your invoice.

What we look for

  • FX conversion spread
  • Payment processor fees
  • Price creep on recurring vendors
  • Renewals to confirm with you
  • Duplicate charges
  • Dormant cards
  • Bank fees
  • Monthly billing that should be annual

Every one of these is provable from a statement. We don't claim anything you can't verify yourself.

Also on the report

Idle cash: what your balances are earning against what they could be. Reported separately, and not counted toward the guarantee.

Tax flags: foreign-supplier charges and registration exposure worth checking against your invoices.

The deliverable

A line-by-line map of where your money goes, and a short list of what to do about it. Every finding is something you can verify yourself, in your own statements.

The spend map

  • Every recurring charge across your cards and bank accounts, categorized and totalled
  • The FX line: the 2-3% conversion spread on tools billed in another currency, annualized into a real dollar figure
  • Mid-year price creep on recurring charges
  • Recurring charges that look unintentional: we flag them, you confirm which ones you meant to keep
  • Dormant virtual cards still carrying charges

The action list

  • A cut, renegotiate or reclaim call on every line, with the dollar impact of each
  • The 3-5 biggest leaks, ranked
  • A renewal calendar: every date worth catching before it auto-renews
  • A one-page summary you can hand to your co-founder or board
  • A 30-minute walkthrough call

Get the report in five business days, then walk through it together

Optional: give us more, we look deeper.

The statements are all the core report needs. If you want us to go further, you can add either of these, and we'll extend the report at no extra cost:

Your VAT or tax filings.

We check what was filed against what your statements actually show. Missed input credits and over-remitted amounts get flagged with the evidence, ready for your accountant to act on.

Your account balances.

The idle-cash line gets quantified properly: what your money earned versus what it could have, in real numbers instead of an estimate.

Both are optional and neither adds a day to the five. Skip them and the report ships on statements alone.

Your data

No logins. No live connections. No access to your accounts. You send exported statements, and you can redact account numbers. Files are deleted after delivery. Ryze is operated by Rise Accounting Services FZ-LLC, a registered accounting firm.

What happens after

You get the report, the action list, and a walkthrough call. Most items on the list are a cancellation email or one supplier conversation, and you decide which ones are worth making. No subscription, nothing recurring.

Who it's for

A fit

  • Companies running $20k+ a month through their business accounts
  • Companies paying suppliers or tools in a currency their account is not held in: a restaurant importing stock, an agency buying USD tools on a local card
  • Anyone who has stopped reading their own card statements line by line

Not a fit

  • Companies running under $20k a month through their accounts: the math doesn't clear the fee
  • Teams that want someone watching spend continuously: that's a different engagement. The report is one deep pass.

FAQ

What service reviews business bank statements for overcharges and hidden fees?

That is what the Cash Recovery Report is. We read 12 months of your bank and card statements line by line and document every FX conversion markup, duplicate charge, bank and processor fee, and price increase on recurring vendors, with the evidence from your own statements. We do not claim anything you cannot verify yourself. $500, delivered in five business days, with a guaranteed minimum recovery or your money back.

What exactly do you need?

A few intake questions and 12 months of bank, card and processor statements, exported as PDFs or CSVs. If you have a P&L or a QuickBooks or Xero export, include it and we go deeper. Never required.

Will you see sensitive data?

No bank logins and no credentials, ever. You send exported PDFs or CSVs only, and you can redact account numbers before you send them. Your files live in one named storage location and we delete them after delivery.

What if you don't find anything?

Then you do not pay. If we cannot document at least your guaranteed floor in annualized recoverable money, we refund you before delivery and send you the findings anyway. The trigger is the documented number, not satisfaction.

Is this a subscription?

No. One time, fixed fee. Nothing recurs afterwards.

How long does it take?

Five business days from the moment your statements land, not from the moment you pay. Most people upload the same day, and the walkthrough call is booked once the report is with you.

Ready to see where your money actually goes?

Start now and your findings land within five business days. Not sure it fits? The call settles it.

Upload your statements. We analyse them free and show you what we found before you pay anything.

Already know you want the full report?

Five reports a month, delivered personally.
