1. Who We Are

Ryze Finance, based in the UAE. We operate the Founders Finance Kit at forecast.ryzefin.com.

2. What Data We Collect

• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• Your industry selection
• A hashed version of your IP address and a download timestamp: used only for rate limiting

We do not store any of the financial inputs you enter into the tool. Revenue, costs, projections, and every other model input stay in your browser session and are never sent to our servers.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your email and company information to send product updates. We do not run ads, do not sell your data, and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Legal Basis

We process personal data under:

• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law): our primary jurisdiction
• GDPR (EU/EEA) and UK GDPR: for users in those regions, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the tool
• Other applicable local data protection laws where you are located

5. How Long We Keep It

• Email and company name: kept until you request deletion or unsubscribe
• Hashed IP addresses: auto-deleted after 24 hours

6. Where Data Is Stored & International Transfers

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit infrastructure, primarily in the United States. If you are located outside the US, including in the EU/EEA, UK, UAE, or elsewhere, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on the standard contractual safeguards provided by our infrastructure provider for these transfers.

7. Your Rights

Regardless of where you are, you can:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Object to our processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, the UAE Data Office, an EU supervisory authority, or the UK ICO)

We respond to requests within 30 days. Email privacy@ryzefin.com.

8. Email & Opt-Out

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@ryzefin.com to be removed.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising cookies on the Founders Finance Kit.

10. Children

The Founders Finance Kit is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll update the "effective date" at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email.
